As a WOSB and SDVOB company, IMRI finds opportunities to help Veterans transition back into the workforce and blossom into entrepreneurs. In addition, IMRI believes it is equally as important to support organizations that empower women and families and help them reach their full potential. IMRI believes in working with organizations that encourage STEM programming for youth that supports their healthy development and growth. Booker T. Washington – Lady Warriors Basketball Team (Memphis, TN)
IMRI supports the growth and educational development of the ladies through sponsorships and support activities that include university tours, specialized tutors, test preparation programs, and life learning activities that assists the ladies in preparation for life beyond high school; giving them the necessary skills and confidence to be successful in their personal and professional lives.
Child Guidance Center
Mission is to provide quality outpatient mental health, trauma and child abuse related counseling; to empower children and families to reach their potential; to educate on the importance of prevention and treatment.

EmpowHer Institute
IMRI is an advocate for the advancement of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) programs for our youth and as such, is an enthusiastic sponsor of the EmpowHer Institute. The EmpowHer Institute works with an average of 300 teen girls annually from under-served communities to create opportunities that can improve their socioeconomic status and living conditions.
The EmpowHer Institute offers innovative ways to expose girls to STEM learning through training, hands-on coaching, providing mentors as role models, and exposure to venues outside the girls’ everyday lives.
